Do you accept walk-ins, or do I need an appointment?

While we welcome walk-ins, we recommend making an appointment for vision screenings to ensure you get our full undivided attention. For other services, such as frame fittings and adjustments, appointments are appreciated but not always necessary.

Can I use my insurance for eyewear and exams?

While we're not directly affiliated with insurance networks, we encourage you to visit our “Insurance” section to discover how you will benefit and save hundreds of dollars with us. Explore the details and see how we can help you make the most of your eyewear purchase!

How long does it take to get my glasses?

The timeframe for receiving your glasses depends on your prescription and the lenses and frames selected. Typically, single vision glasses can be ready within an hour if we have the lenses in stock. For custom orders, the process generally takes 1 to 2 weeks. If you require a faster turnaround, please let us know, and we will strive to accommodate rush orders. Feel free to ask us for a more precise timeline based on your needs!

What is the return/exchange policy?

Since eyewear is a custom “made for you” product, we do not offer refunds, but we do accept exchanges of frames within 30 days of the initial purchase. If there is a price difference with the new frame, the customer will be responsible for covering the additional cost. Please note that a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original frame price will apply.
